OUR STORY
For more than 50 years, Taco Loco Products has been a proud part of Alaska’s food story. What began in a small Mountain View warehouse has grown into one of the state’s largest food manufacturing facilities, now located on International Airport Road in Anchorage.
In 2000, longtime Alaskans Adam and Anabel took the reins from their parents, Adan & Cecilia Galindo, carrying forward the company’s legacy of quality, consistency, and community. Under Adam and Anabel's leadership, Taco Loco has continued to expand production while staying true to its roots — crafting fresh tortillas, chips, salsa, tamales and other Hispanic-inspired foods using time-honored recipes and the finest ingredients available.
As a USDA-approved processing facility and State of Alaska Preferred Vendor, Taco Loco is dedicated to providing Alaskans — from local families to major retailers — with fresh, authentic products that bring people together around good food and great flavor.
